you just don't like conflict, i think
plus, i don't know if i can recall one time you were blunt to somebody who deserved it, or blamed anybody for their failures. you are a generally accepting person (except for when we are judging strangers of course) which can be a very good quality but after a while i'm sure it is going to take a toll on your happiness- if it hasn't already.
it depends. i find myself happier when i don't have to deal with other people's problems, that way i can just deal with my own. call me selfish, but.. i'm selfish.
